Unless I am going to exercise , I too pretty much always have a hat on when I leave the house. I wear what I feel comfortable in.

I was just thinking about what size 3D printer would be needed to print out a flange. My hat size is 57cm and I prefer a brim on a fedora to be between 2 5/8 and 2 3/4.

Why a chain stitch as opposed to a lockstitch?
Was wondering if someone could help me understand why I’ve only seen reeded sweatbands sewn in using a chain stitch.
Anyone here using a machine use a lockstitch?
