For sale: Longines Tre Tacche with 30mm stepped case (32mm including crown).
Serial number on Cal 12.68z movement dates to late 1937 or 1938. There are multiple service marks on the interior of the caseback, but service history is unknown and service is recommended. Dial up and dial down timegrapher readings can be seen in listing photos below. I have not attempted to demagnetize the movement. The watch typically ran approximately 1 minute fast on wrist when I was wearing it for 10-12 hours, which is consistent with the timegrapher readings.
Case is in fair condition and the crown appears to have a small number knurled hand cut grooves added. A NOS WWII US military Staybrite canvas strap and new spring bars are installed. Watch is sold as-is for parts or repair.
