Amazing late 30s early 40s black crepe evening gown with amazing sparkling hard metal sequins highlighting the armholes, bodice and waistband. This dress is simply stunning and the pics do not do it justice. Made by' Four Star Fashions' it is a garment of high quality and workmanship. Other featured are a V-neck, ruched fabric on the top of the shoulders and down the sides of the waist and semi-kimono style sleeves ending in rows of sequins.There is a faux belt at the front of the waist with a lovely draped and pleated piece of fabric that hang to the hip for interest. The back has an attached belt with self-covered buckle to nip in the waist if needed. Hem is finished with hemming ribbon and the shoulders have shoulder pads. Fitted waist and metal side 'Conmar' zipper. Beautiful piece that I am sad to part with.
