2023 FULLCOUNT Type I Suede Boa Jacket Sz 38 Brown

Haven't sold here in a while but I thought I would give the Fedora Lounge first dibs on this one. From the 2023 Fall/Winter Collection, "Boa" Type 1 style jacket constructed with soft brown cow suede fully lined including sleeves with Australian wool sheep pile. Has a few very superficial war wounds on the back from casual wear. Hide tanned at a tannery in Himeji , Japan.
Size 38 - oversized fit. I typically wear a 40 in japanese leathers and this fit well, with heavy pile though not a piece for multiple layers.

Might be a question you cannot answer, but thoughts on how well it would fit someone who is 5'6", 140 lbs?

Thanks for checking it out . My measurements are about 5’8, 170 and it fit me fine. No problems buttoning up although i usually left it unbuttoned.. Fully lined so just wore a mid weight flannel underneath.

Just curious, what is your normal japanese sizing in leather jackets or N1 jackets?
I have found FULLCOUNT to run true to size.
I think the pile does add to the measurements somewhat so if you were a normal 36 the pile does help fill in the gaps.

Here are three Japanese websites I used for references with sizing before I purchased from Fullcount website. I honestly don't think they made a 36. It could work for you because it has waist adjuster snaps.

I wear a 38 in TRMC N1 jackets. I really like this jacket, but I'm thinking it might be slightly large

I had a 38 RMC N1 but sold it.
Comparatively i would say this has a little more pile so does fit a little fuller esp. with the lined sleeves.
For me this was more comfortable.m but basically fit about the same.
For the Japanese market, with the fit pics I saw; it was worn with few layers but has the slightly boxy fit of a Type 1 jacket. I don’t think a 36 was offered.
You could compare measurements with your N1 and maybe subtract about a 0.5 to 0.75 inch from this jacket’s measurements to compare.
