A Hippy era tie?

Okay, here's the "far out" vintage tie I spoke of a while back.

4" wide, 51" long, marked Cardinal, 557 Fifth Ave., New York 17.

Feraud, it is stamped on the backside; no other labels. Do you happen to know what is located at that address now?...

My tie is also stamped. I believe there is a Barnes & Noble in that spot now.
On the upside, on the same block is the gorgeous art deco Fred. F. French building.

That isn't that far out really. I have seen far worse. I might even wear that tie. It looks kind of like a tropical scene.
