,If what Ken said about the order history of the OP is accurate then I’m surprised that Aero still accepted orders from him at all. Out of six orders in the last five years three were canceled and three returned for full refund. No wonder they instituted the non-refundable deposit.
IndeedLol this backfired quite spectacularly!

Do you know something about french insurances ?There something lacking with the OP story about hitting a deer and needing a refund on his jacket order. If he had insurance I would think a totaled car would require pay off of more than the deposit he is requesting from Aero. If the car is not totaled It seems insurance with cover repairs less deductible. Considering the way the story was presented here, omitting material background information I would not be surprised the alleged car accident has nothing do due with the OP wanting to cancel yet another order with Aero
Is French insurance relevant to Aero's business practice and their dealings with your cancelled orders? Or is this additional context that wasn't important in your OP, but is now that people don't share your opinion?Do you know something about french insurances ?
