Aero leather waiting time

Hello members. On May 11th I ordered an Aero Cafe Racer in black CXSH steerhide. The order was confirmed on May 15th. On May 30th I got an email, stating that the materials had been set aside. For a few days the status was cutting, for about 2 weeks it’s been ,,Cut - Awaiting Machinist”. How long in general did you have to wait for your jackets?

I have already experienced anything from 5 weeks to several months. But I think that once the process has started, it won't take much longer.

I think you are well within what is to be expected. Unplanned delays can happen if there are supply-chain issues; "Awaiting machinist" just shows they´re busy, so you should be good. It´s been a while since I ordered from Aero, but they usually delivered within a 6-12 week window.
