Looked around in the forum but can't find the answer.

Does the old Aero "Patrolman" NYPD looking jacket have INTERIOR pockets as standard?

I know the external ****** pockets are literally just decoration, but I was wondering if they had internal sack/map pockets when they were in production......

no not as standard , possibly a few with requested inside pockets but back then not so many request for them as now ( people didn't need to same carrying volume as now with phones etc.... As you say external chest pockets were decorative but handwarmers still functioned normally

Ahhh thanks for the information!

I've had afew Aeros over the years and noticed that they don't tend to have internal pockets......but hoped that this was faithful to the design inspiration (most of my police jacket collection tend to have a sack pocket or two for ticket books/note books)
