hi!

I've been looking for a particular leather coat, and so far i've only found larger sizes of it.

I was wondering what you guys know or think about altering leather coats several sizes down. good idea or bad?

because if i can't find one in my size, i was considering just getting a large one and taking it a few sizes down.

pls let me know if this is a wise or stupid move :p

thanks!

Hi Bobmarco,
I would say go and keep searching for your right size.
To alter a jacket downsize would cost you a fortune as well...
Maybe consider a custom made coat, for example at Aeroleather?
Good luck,
Andy
