Any idea what tannery this comes from?

I’ve seen a “mystery” tannery that’s out of Japan that uses this stamp on their horsehides, they seem to be really beautiful and have tight grains on the hides.

The maker is from China called Guofu. They make custom jackets with this leather. I’m just wondering if anyone has seen any jackets made using the hide from this tannery?

BTW, the kanji translates to “Japan Certified”

It looks to me that those are QC stamps only, not brand. The few characters translate to 'All Japan' or 'All Nippon'. The lower words mean 'approved'.

Yea that’s what the stamp says. I don’t think that is a universal stamp for all leather coming out of Japanese tanneries.
