Any info on Dobbs Otis Baskin club fedora?

I got a good deal on a Fedora with box on eBay. The liner reads " Otis exclusively at Baskin Club." The sweatband reads Baskin on the left side and Ski Valley on the right. Inside the liner the label is typed" $20.00, R3W 039 Ski Valley BLK. The seller stated that it was a Dobbs but all that I see with Dobbs name on it is the box it came in. Any info would be appreciated.
