how about tell your preferences regarding weight, or drape, or wear, etc. and what you hope the jacket to look after few years whether stay new looking, look beaten like been through several wars, look new but drapes like blanket, etc. to Aero, they probably know their leathers best and have seen many of their old jackets, once they tell you the type of hide then you can choose available color within that hide type.
