Way cool, this free entertainment. Got a huge laugh out of this thread! Everyone posting stuff to sell in the classifieds here should borrow this guy's shtick! lol

    Yes!
Or we could take turns hyping each other’s wares, just to make it seem a little more real...

A shame I'm out of popcorn! For whatever it may be worth, I bought a pair of SM Wholesale's army roughout boots within the past year, and the lacing eyelets were literally falling out after less than a week of wear. Needless to say, I won't be a returning customer.

    Great thread... So funny.
I did own a SMW A-2 a while back, seal goat etc. It was well-made and nice enough for a generic take on the classic A-2.
But for that price! Hell, you have so many better, more authentic options. Sorry SMW.

That is just amazing about the eyelets! Did you contact Steve to get them fixed or a replacement pair? I've known Steve for 30 years from attending the long-defunct Great Western Show and he has always been very responsive to quality concerns and I believe he would want to hear from you and help you.

His first post reads something like a late night commercial on a local tv station but people admittedly visited the website so... it kind of worked.

I think the term is 'click-bait' ;) Happy days..... for him! I guess his production house knows a few of the typical modern promotion tricks. You can see from his FB page.
