Best Ever Lux Radio Theatre?

I'm quite fond of the 1939 adaptation of "It Happened One Night," with most of the original cast intact. A very close adaptation of the film, and even the loss of the "limb is mightier than the thumb" bit in the hitchhiking scene doesn't compromise it too much. Gable and Colbert were both excellent radio actors, unlike a lot of the film stars who showed up on Lux over the years, and the whole production was very well done.

Either "The Thin Man" or "After the Thin Man" both with Powell & Loy.

The worst I think is "The Awful Truth" The humor did not translate well to radio.

So many good ones to choose.
I also thought of "It Happened One Night". Largely because it was well adapted. The visual of hanging the blanket (the Walls of Jericho) was handled in an audio and amusing way.

Sincerely,
The Wolf
