I tried Ebay already. I bought it and it was to big on me. Well, loose. The material stretches and it unzips in the front to fit a bigger bust. I would say it fits perfect for someone who's a 35-37 bust and 27-28 waist.

Yes, it does. It's made out of a stretch bengaline fabric. I'm a 36-37 and its fits me perfect, with still room due to the stretch. Hope this helps.
