I just got this from an online vintage store,
described as being " soft and in very good condition, the color is in the family of army greens and the ribbon trimming a chocolate brown, the trolley cord is brown as well."
Tough to discern an actual color, the photos on the site (seen here) were all over the place, I thought it looked more gray than anything.
No size given it is stated "Measurements for this fedora are 7" across the center and lengthwise it is 8 14/". These are exact measurements."
So even given human error I am hoping for at least a 7 3/8 if not a 7 1/2.
It'll be a couple of weeks before I see it, but hells-bells, it was over 100 degrees today, no rush, eh? I'll give it a white gas bath & see what color it turns out to be.
But I don't think I have ever seen a green or olive drab OR. Anyone else?
