Hello all, I am hoping someone from the group can help me date this Borsalino Diamante in deep Olive green. Any thoughts on the potential value might be for a hat like this? Condition is mint.

It's a beautiful hat and a high quality felt, let's start with that. We don't do appraisals at the lounge, but we can point you in the right direction. The hat dates from the period 1961-1972. Can't be more specific than that. The hat is in a common size and a model with a shorter brim, which is not that popular in the US market it seems, so the value won't be "diamante", I think. You can search Ebay for Borsalino and look for what identical models have sold for and take your price from that.

Having both bought and sold that exact hat. I will confirm it is worth exactly what someone will pay for it on eBay. Not a penny more or less.
