It has a 3" brim and a 4.5" crown.

My first thought is what size is your head? I have a small head (size 7) and 3-inch brims don’t look great on me. Larger brims seem to work better on larger sized heads.

It’s an attractive color!

It’s definitely a flamboyant look. It’s hard to give you a meaningful answer without photos of you wearing the hat. That said, if you like it then why not? How ridiculous can it really be? Just expect the vice cops to eyeball you.

As Nathan mentioned, there are some general guidelines but, most of all, if you like the hat, wear it. Many TFL members tend toward modern production hats and they look smashing! If you hang around long enough, you might even stretch your comfort zone a little!
