Kirby died Monday in Los Angeles from complications related to leukemia, according to a statement from his wife, Lynn Sellers. He had recently been diagnosed with the disease.

aww that really stinks! I enjoyed seeing Bruno show up in films.
He was a fine character actor.

He parodied a rabid Frank Sinatra fan in "This is Spinal Tap" and he was a big fan in real life. That was the first thing I saw him in.

Met him in SF in the early 70's, enjoyed him in Godfather II, good actor, much too young....my age. Sad.
