So I have never had one, but some in-person stores here in the US may still have this model new on their racks at a lower price. I recalled a place in Chicago where I tried on this and the straight-zip 689H last summer, and I believe they were still ~ $850 or so. Might check around for some brick & motar stores that sell Schott and see what they may still have.
