Coat Identification

Hi,
I am looking for an ID on this coat. It seems to be beige, double breasted with epaulettes, etc, but the pockets and buttons have me flummoxed.

I'm 100% certain it's UK in origin. But perhaps some sort of military type, you think?

I'm looking, but those don't seem to have a button hole on the pocket, though the cut does look similar.

My dad asked me to let you know, he's 100% positive that this is a man’s vintage Grenfell Raincoat circa early 1960s.... said it's a million times superior to a Burberry.

I think this coats falls in military coat genre for ladies. They are still in fashion and many girls still love to wear them.
