Can you tell me which decade it is from?

I've got a goat skin with the same tag. I was told it was 1950s, but will defer to those in the know.

First it's dating, then it gets serious...

I have a jacket by that maker (with that exact lining, in fact) and I think it's late 40s/early 50s.
