Do you think it’s possible to alter this jacket?

I just bought this 50s-60s jacket from an online thrift store, but it’s too tight at the waist. There’s some fabric to let out, but I’m not sure if it’s enough. Should I alter the jacket or sell it? I really like it, and vintage jackets are pretty hard to find in my country. I'd love to hear your advice, thank you all.

I’d sell it, it doesn’t look to have enough fabric for alteration. Altering is usually to take in for a smaller waist, not what you are asking.
