F/S Double Helix horsehide Auto Revolution size 46 (US)

For sale is a beautiful Double Helix black horsehide car coat that they call “Auto Revolution” in size 46. It is a full aniline oiled/waxed horsehide, and the leather is just so lovely that I have ordered the exact same thing in a size 48, which hopefully will be here within the next two weeks. This jacket fits me 65 y/o 6’3” 195lbs with square and wide shoulders, and fairly long arms) with a T-shirt, but with anything heavier, it is just too tight, so I’m selling it to get a proper fit. The letter is very supple, and it is lined with Melton wool – I would guess the weight of the wool is probably 14 to 16 ounce. I had forgotten until I pulled it out how beautiful this is – check out the perfect brown stitching. Also, the smell is just intoxicating. My father and my grandfather both worked for Endicott Johnson shoe company, and I grew up with my dad, taking meticulous care of his shoes, and I have evolved into a great admirer of quality, Leathers and leather workmanship, and this jacket embodies both.
