This is a superb 1942-3 Irvin made by Wareings and Co of Northampton. It has the wide belt loop and large collar rings which are a feature of this high quality maker. It is one of the best I have seen for sometime, with hardly any wear to the flleece, no bald bits and all the original chestnut brown polyacrilic coating in tact. There is a small area of wear to the fllece on the collar and one sewn matching patch repair on the right sleeve. The main zip is a single trunnion DOT which I installed as the original zip had some issues.The original sleeve zips are by Flash Fastner and "N" and all the zips function smoothly. Measurements: pit to pit: 23", across the shoulders:20", down the back from base of collar to bottom of hem: 25.5", sleeve from shoulder to end of cuff:27". I am asking £520 plus shipping. If there are no takers it is Ebay bound later in the week!
