I'm keeping my eye on this one, though it may be a touch big.

If it helps, Neo, the hat fits me front to back nicely, but some space exists side to side. I can insert the tip of my pinkie at the temples at the same time. I'm a long oval, so I notice it even more.

The head opening is 6 3/4 by 8.

These go for 300 dollars new, the quality of construction is evident, and the felt feels marvelous.

I was just boxing this hat up, a tear in my eye, when it occurred to me that this is some of the very best felt I've ever handled. Sure it's firm, as a western should be, but man alive that's some fine fur! Makes me wonder if Resistol didn't have a run of these 15X hats that got mixed up with their One Hundreds. :eeek: It's that nice.

Anyhow, I hope one you bigheads win the auction.
