That looks like a reversible "Ricky" coat to me... they used to have a good selection at most AAARDVARK'S here in Southern Cal. They often would ask $200 - $500 for them in good shape. And the price would go up in April for the out of town Viva crowds! Then the price would drop again after Viva and they maybe sold one coat or maybe none.

Those coats are very collectable and originals will fetch a handsome price.
