Finissimo Hats/Expanding from 71/8 to 71/4

I am a multi hat owner and have been since I was 16 years old. I bought a beautiful felt at the old Ecuador hat company in Baltimore, MD years ago when my hat size was 7 1/8. Since then the owners of that store died and the shop closed.

1) Have you ever heard of Finissimo hats? Manufactured in Italy I bought this felt a long time ago and it is one of my favorites but cannot find another like it.
2) The hat is 7 and 1/8…can I get it to fit again on my 7 and ¼ head??

A hatter should be able to return it to the original condition or up size it as required. Have you heard of Optimo hats? They do an excellent job repairing and restoring old hats. Perhaps you should give them a call. And welcome to the Fedora Lounge -
