Flag Day

Flag Day is the anniversary of the Flag Resolution of 1777.
Also,the United States Army was born on June14, 1775, drawn largely from the colonial militia.
They're celebrating today with a cake and short ceremony where my husband is serving in Baghdad.
Happy Flag Day, Americans.
