Here is the ebay description: This is a beautiful navy blue men's vintage 1930s tall gangster style tall fedora hat by Lee Water - Bloc and sold by Mellon's of Charlotte NC. It is marked a size 7 3/8, which will fit large sizes and measures 23 inches around at the interior band. The tall fedora hat can be worn with the center indenture popped out and looks just like a bowler hat, although the top is not as stiff as a true bowler. The deep crown measures 6 inches deep. It has a 2 1/2 inch wide brim that rolls up along the outer edge approximately 1/2 an inch. The interior band is brown leather and the exterior band is blue grosgrain ribbon. The hat is in excellent condition and appears unworn. (It was consigned by the heir of a Charlotte NC estate).
My wife asked me to please not wear it in public. She says these style hats make me look like Laurel and Hardy. It's a beautiful hat. Anybody want to trade me for it?
