Yes, Germany is fine for shipping. It is just the cost of shipping plus potential import charges for sending it overseas that limits the possibilities. I am in the EU, so any country within EU is preferable.

@Kevin O'Sullivan not the case - I needed to raise money relatively fast so I reduced the price, but I managed the situation, so the price of the jacket is going up again around its fair market value (fair at least for me).
