My loss can be your gain. I was bored early this year and found this Vanson car coat on Buyee listed as L. The measurements seemed wrong but I decided to take a gamble, as I had contacted Vanson a while ago who told me that they keep American sizing unless their Japanese customer explicitly requests otherwise... Which seems to have been the case.
I've tried to look for the ID but I was unable to find it. I've looked inside all pockets, on the sleeves, hem, all over and I was unable to find it. I've shared it with Vanson themselves to see if I could get more info, who said the following:
A beautiful, unique piece, which unfortunately is too small for me. It seems to be Competition Weight, very grainy but well broken in as it is not that stiff. Lining is clearly their Rayon liner. It features a two-way zipper, two inside pockets and 8 exterior ones, although I would say the two in the middle are basically for show as you cannot put much in them (A pen perhaps?).
The double bottom pockets are separated rather than having two zips for the same pocket, with the one with the top slit being leather lined and the one with the handwarmer lateral zip being Rayon lined. There's a bit of wear on the bottom zips and some spots on the leather, I'm adding additional pictures of that.
When it comes to measurements, I believe it is closer to a western S but please correct me if you think it would be closer to XS. My girlfriend who is around 160cm tall tried it on and it looked good on her except for the sleeves being too long. She still found the leather to be too heavy and stiff, so she would had not wanted it anyway. Anyway, here're the figures:

Shoulders: 45cm / 23
Sleeves: 60.5cm / 23.5"
Front length: 76.5cm / 30"
Back length: 73cm / 28.5"
Bottom hem: 47.5cm /18.5"
