It's probably a pirated copy - IMDB doesn't list a DVD nor VHS ever being released.

If it's not available in any home video format here in the U.S. then the copy you might get online isn't going to get you into any trouble. Once this film is officially released here buying an unauthorized copy will be problematic. If they release it you can buy it and give the old copy to a friend...or toss it. $3.99 isn't much to lose. As to the film: I haven't seen it, but it does sound like it would be the kind that if you couldn't sleep and turned on the tube at 3am it would keep your interest.
