It just says "Windsor". That's the only marking.

Does it have Rockel on the sweatband? If so Rockel was a hat company / manufacturer that lasted into the later 1990s. Read can read more here.

New and also for Panos:
Wegener Cornett Homburg in dark blue with a dark blue (!) sweat.
A fantastic hat with great dimensions and nice felt - and like new.
I haven't seen the lining logo - also with blue - like this before either.
With stiched liner and the plastic liner tip I would say late 1950s.
Size 56 - crown 11,5 at the dent - brim at 5,5/6,0 (sides/front-back).
Sold in Mannheim: Zeumer-Hüte (liner, sweat and plastic protector).

Thank you for the update. "Windsor" is a common mark but I don't know what company owned the mark. I think it was probably owned by a distributor. Unfortunately I don't see any details with your hat that points to a specific German Hat company but it's definitely later. Here you can see any earlier "Windsor" marked Soft Felt.

Matt, Great looking Homburg! I think I have seen the Liner logo before but I don't think I have an example. Another German town Color by Wegener.

Thanks, Steve! Yes, it's the City of Hanau next to Frankfurt/Main.
Do you have a list of all the "Town Colours" Wegener had in use?
Do you know if they did start with that after WW II or even before?

Hückel Novo velour in black. Size 58 (but fits like a 57) with the raw edge brim at 6cm and the crown at a whopping 12cm at the center dent. It came out of the box in a very unkempt state and it took quite a bit of brushing to get it to behave and et the velour where it shoud be again. It's the first Novo I've seen and I couldn't find one on Steve's website, so a first?
Weighs 136 grams. Likely 1930's.
Made for the French market.

Stefan, Super find! I might have come across a "NOVA" before but it wasn't in my size range. This one has a JHS Soft Felts Post WWI Type 8 Paper Label.

Matt, Sorry some how I missed this post. I don't have photos of all the Wegener paper labels but all the Post WWII appear to have city, town or region name (Lahr, Dillenburg, Sorga, Eger, Stauffen, Pyritz, Dahlen, Saulgau, Fritzlar, Sylt, Kastell, Brüssel ) for the colors (Black is always Schwartz).

Unfortunately there aren't many WWII era or older Wegener Soft Felts and a couple are missing paper labels.

This one is possibly WWII era and has Straubing as the color.

This one is possibly late 1920s early 1930s but I can't make out the cursive writing but it could be a town name.

There's one on sale on Ebay Germany right now:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/234022614546

Not listed as a Seidl, but hard to miss if you look at the pics.

To tie in with our J. A. Seidl discussion:
I already had the hat Stefan discovered on my list and it arrived.
A very beautiful Melone/bowler made of wool felt without size tag
- I estimate it to be from the 30s, but I have little experience.
The condition is very good except for a few minor quirks!
However, it has little to contribute to the discussion about labels
and manufacture that Steve hasn't already said.
As a wool felt, it comes from a different source than the fur felts
and the only label it has is one of the simple paper labels known
from many pre-war hats with a number on it.
Same linner-logo as in my other J. A. Seidl (fur felt) bowler.

Matt, Fantastic looking Wool Stiff Felt! Also in great condition. Another one to aid the mystery list. I think you are correct about it being from 1930s
