I know ol' Rocky here in the fedora that's taller than he is has been seen here before on The Lounge, but he/it doesn't seem to have made this thread yet. "Bugs and Thugs" from 1954, with Mel Blanc providing the voices of Bugs, Rocky, and Rocky's "assistant" Mugsy (not in this scene).
