There is a hat shop in North Miami, on 163rd Street but I have not used them. I went in and was less than impressed with their prices and selection. I do have some hats that need to be cleaned, re-blocked, re-ribboned and re-sweat-banded. I would like to avoid the costs of shipping to a competent hat restorer as these are not the most expensive hats and I am, frankly, not rolling in money. I am beginning to think that I am going to have to bite the ****** and send my hats out of state to a person who knows their business. My favorite Stetson fedora is beginning to get a bad smell and the lining is coming out..time to find someone to get this dealt with. Any suggestions?
