Hat Restoration

Hey I know we've mentioned this on and off but I cannot seem to locate the relavent information in a clear fashion.

Who would be available to send a few hats to for a restoration? Did someone mention a Jimmy (Peirce)?

The thing is, I've got quite a few hats that I bought which were too small for me or needed a good clean and there just litterally is no-one on this side of the pond that I can go to.

I think it would be really helpful for the benefit of newer members and those of us who've never had a hat retored that we list off a few of these hatters (I understand Art's not doing it anymore).

Also I havn't heard Graham being mentioned for some time, has anyone sent hats to Optimo recently, or are they too expensive for refurb work?

All good leads would be really helpful.

Here's Jimmy Pierce's intro in the merchants section. I visited him a few weeks ago, and ordered a custom hat. He's a fantastic guy who does great work, at very reasonable prices.

Yes, that's right. I thought that was a particularly informative thread. I would love to hear about other people's experience with him and also with others working in the field.
