The hats will be priced accordingly. Everyone should be pleased with their hat and feel good about the amount paid.

I try to be as fair as I can and of course some hats will be more than others or can be traded for a *******, weekender, vagabond, crosscountry or any other well made light,bantam or zephyr

I can wait, I've been doing so for three months already for a vintage hat, so a little longer doesn't matter. I don't mind it being beaten up so long as it can be mended to the extent that I can wear it with a suit (i.e. not pristine but used and presentable).
