Hello! I am looking for help with dating this Avirex A2 jacket that I found. I am aware that it is not a genuine military made version but a repro made for civilan use, but I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's an older or newer repro. All help is very much appreciated, thank you!

The particular MADE IN USA label it has screams 2000's to me and they changed their name to Cockpit USA in 2008 ( I believe they still own the Avirex name though), so probably early 2000's.
Did you score it pretty cheaply?

Thanks for your reply! Yeah I got it at a second hand shop for 50$, the staining and fading doesn't bother me at all though as I think it adds a lot of character

I don't like the particular staining myself, but $50 is not bad at all.
