Help with a technical issue

I don't where else to post this. Matt, when I added the fedora lounge to my favorites in IE, there is a nice little icon of the lounge's logo. How is this done? I would like to have the same thing when I am bookmarked. Hope you or someone knows the answer.

It's an icon that needs to be put in the root folder of your www server.

Whenever one of those appears in my Favorites, it only stays for that internet session -- as soon as I log off for the day, the icons disappear. Any idea why?

I Got It!

I got it, thanks. Also, I read that it will disappear if your IE cache is cleared, but has nothing to do with cookies. If your IE is set to delete files when closing, that's what's happening because the icon is kept in a temporary folder. Thanks fellas!

As Duane mentioned, it's in your browser's temporary files. Some people set their browser to flush the files whenever the browser's closed, others get deleted after they've been there a certain amount of time. They're just a fun little thing some people with websites do, and they DO stand out in the list of other favorites/bookmarks and make some sites easier to find, or at least, stand out from the crowd.
