How do you manage your leather jacket rotation?

Raining = Vanson.
Dog needs to **** = Vanson
Motorcycle riding = Vanson
Looking nice at the mall = Aero (several to pick from)
Day to day = Lost Worlds or Aero badalassi (couple each to pick from).
Yard work or trips to the dump = USA made hot leathers. (when the hot leathers dies, there are many Vansons in the cue)

Being in the STILL frigid Northeast, I base my outfit of the day solely on the temperature and Windchill outside. It's a loooooong dog walk in the morning. I need to be snug and warm. As I age my blood seems to be getting thinner. Warmth and comfort are EVERYTHING!

My honest answer would probably be something like 60-70% footwear and 30-40% jacket.
I came into "menswear" or style considerations or the leather world in general through the footwear door, not the leather jacket door.

Same here! I still prioritize boots over jackets.

I select two casual jackets, one brown and one black to keep in the closet near the front door. and usually one "fancy" jacket. I'll wear those for a month or two and then swap them out.

I usually pick one for the week that I wear to the office and leave on the back of a chair and ready to go.
Then in the evening depending on the mood, the outfit or what I'm about I pick another one (or not).
