How long before you can post a picture?

Hello, I have 20 something posts and I want to post a pic of my squadron patches.
And I cant.
How many do I need? Posts that is?

You'll need to host the pictures somewhere first (flickr, photobucket, facebook, etc.). There's no direct upload from your computer to the site. Yes, the option pops up, but it doesn't work.
