ISO - Midweight raincoat with hood

All - I'm looking for suggestions for a mid-length, mid-weight coat with an attached hood. This should be able to take ~1hr of rainshower in above freezing temp. A shorter, top quality duffle would do the trick but I'm not set on it and I'm not convinced by Gloverall's quality. I don't like the Filson snap-on hoods. The Iron Heart IHM-15 is very nice but probably too warm and not water resistant enough.
