These kind of 60-70's suede jackets seem to pop often on Ebay and quite cheap usually. If you are looking for something similar, a little patience will be well rewarded.

Here's one I had a few years back. Differs in the cuffs, and it looks like the tabs at the collar and waistband on his are a bit longer, but very similar in most ways.
