You know, I've starting to develop repetitive motion syndrome on the right hand, mainly on the thumb joints. It is truly annoying especially that I play the piano. Typing on the iphone is killing me.

While I initially thought that might be the answer, on reflection I don't think John would ever be intentionally sloppy in anything he did.

Some were atrociously badly stitched and misaligned in the day but I am sure the Goodwear ones are more like Dav says.

That's what I mean exactly, thanks Nick! Anyway, it's perfectly done work and is true masterpiece in its every detail. I love JC's works.

You're right Sir, but the main thought was probably to recreate that true appearance of original combat jackets - that's why I supposed some slightly sloppy stitches to be done intentionally, just to make the jacket looking identical to combat originals.
