Johnson Leathers Size 48 Motorcycle jacket

This is a nice heavyweight motorcycle jacket from Johnson Leathers. This has seen some wear and is nicely broken in but using rest condition. There are huge front and rear vents which are great for getting some serious airflow during hot weather riding.

This no longer fits me so it's up for sale .

Are the pit to pit measurements 25" or 24" since the beginning part is not touching the jacket?

The picture doesn't show it well but the beginning part is floating directly above the beginning of the jacket. I just couldn't push it down completely flat while holding the camera and taking the picture. The measurement is 25"
