Saw this 1930 feature at the 'Fox Before the Code' festival the other night. It was one of those 'In the future' films, the action taking place in 1980. Have to say I was trying to keep awake during the film, and combine my hypnogogia with the images upon the screen and I thought there were times when I was dreaming/hallucinating or just having a good old-fashioned freak-out.

Dream-state meets reality meets celluloid meet dream-state? Oh dear, my popcorn seems to have fallen from my lap.

Then there was this guy...

This was interesting. It seems in 1980 we were due for the 'collarless double-breasted.'

Explanations please!

Have no idea what was going on here.
