Clinch and Role Club are over 2 grand and than import duties to the US $200 plus, international shipping costs, and that is for stock sizes not custom lasts for each foot. Other than the wait I would definitely go with Kreosote
Since I wrote the above I came to understand how far Kreosote is behind on 4 year old orders and no longer considered contacting Kreosote for a boot order

Just giving you an update, Kreosote did end up refunding my money and paid in full.

How did u managed to do that? Did you find lawyers to get them send an official letter to Gabbard to get your money back paid in full?
