I just received price sheets for Langlitz leather jackets, pants and other stuff. Prices go up on many items starting May 1, 2014.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. As a reference point, a Columbia cost $90 in 1974, and approximately $1050 today (no add-ons or mods).
Here's the government's CPI calculator - http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/cpicalc.pl.
Apparently, $90 in 1974 is equivalent to $430 in 2014. Since leather jackets are going up much quicker than the rate of inflation it'd be financially irresponsible not to buy one now if you have the cash sitting in a savings account earning nothing.
