Leather Ike Jacket

Good evening, All,

I saw some time ago some talk about a leather Ike jacket, but did anything come of it?

I asked Aero if they could make one, and they said "no."

Is there a leather ike jacket out there, or if not, does anyone know who would make one? I'm tired of buying real ike jackets over and over again as they wear out--it's my 4 seasons jacket, and I wear it all year 'round.

I have never warmed to an Eisenhower jacket even though I wore one made from wool while I went to a military school grades 7-12. I just don't like to wear any jacket that fits above the belt and wouldn't want to sink $$$ for one made from leather. Just my point of view.
